Medical Eye Care

Our comprehensive eye exam will detect medical diseases that can be found in the eyes.

Glaucoma - If you have been diagnosed with glaucoma, or are a glaucoma suspect, we have the tools to monitor and control this condition. If further testing or surgery is indicated, your care will be co-managed with an ophthalmologist.

Diabetes – Diabetes affects the small blood vessels in the body. Having a dilated eye exam allows direct viewing of these vessels to monitor for any changes. If you are a diabetic, it is recommended to have a dilated eye exam every year. Early detection of changes to the blood vessels in the eyes is important in helping control your diabetes and preventing blindness.

Cataracts - Cataracts can affect how you see and live. Dr. Wylot is trained to monitor cataracts, can answer all your questions, and let you know if surgery is necessary.

Eye Infections/Pink Eye - If you are experiencing any abnormal eye symptoms, call immediately for an evaluation. Dr. Wylot is licensed to prescribe ocular medication to treat infections of the eye. Pink Eye
